7. 參賽資格：
7.1參賽選手持有該參賽國家代表隊的國籍。
7.2 參賽選手得其國家推薦。
7.3 參賽選手持有國技院或世盟之段證或品證。
7.Qualifications：
7.1 Holder of the Nationality of the participating team.
7.2 One recommended by the National Taekwondo Federation.
7.3 Holder of Taekwondo dan certificate issued by the Kukkiwon or WTF.
8.比賽規則：根據世界跆拳道聯盟規則。
8.Competition Rules：Based on WTF competition Rules & Poomsae Competition Rules.
9.比賽方法：對抗賽 - 採用單敗淘汰賽制度。
9.Method of Competition：Single elimination tournament system.

第一名: 金牌一面
第二名: 銀牌一面
第三名: 銅牌二面
團體獎項：團體名次依據個人賽的成績表現，以各量級之個人積分的總和，來裁定團體成績的名次。
積分制：依據下列計分方式計算團體成績排名順序。
每個選手過磅合格後進入競賽場地，可得基本分一分
－ 每贏一場得一分（長籤）
－ 每個金牌得七分
－ 每個銀牌得三分
－ 每個銅牌得一分
若有兩隊以上積分相同，名次決定方式依序為：1）依照該隊所獲得金銀銅牌數目之
多寡，2）參賽人數多寡決定，3）較重量級得分較多者。
11. Awarding：
1st Place： Gold Medal
2nd Place： Silver Meal
3rd Place： Bronze Medal (2)
Group Awards：The team standing can be determined by the sum of the individual standings according to the overall scoring method.
Point system：Team ranking shall be decided by the total points based on the following guidelines.
- Basic one (1) point per each contestant who entered the competition area after passing the official weigh-in
- One (1) point per each win (win by a bye included)
- Additional seven (7) points per gold medal
- Additional three (3) points per silver medal
- Additional one (1) point per bronze medal
In case more than two (2) teams are tied in score, the rank shall be decided by 1) number of gold, silver and bronze medals won by the team in order, 2) number of participating contestants and 3) higher points in heavier weight categories.
12.保障：
12.1 在此次比賽場地或任何活動中，職員和選手如有任何損害、損失或不幸發生將是各國家協會的責任，請確定選手的參賽表格己填
妥並完成簽名。
12.2 各國家協會請確定所有的職員和參賽選手已具備有效的保險總額的保障。
12.3 參賽者若未完全填妥參賽表格和未具備有效的保險總額，將不允許參加比賽。
12.Safeguard：
12.1 For team officials and players, any belongings loss, damage or injuries occurred in this contest site or at any relevant activities will be the responsibility of the national associations. Please make sure that each player completes and signs the entry form.
12.2 For all national associations, please make sure that all the staffs and players have valid and full amount insurance protection.
12.3 Those who fail to complete the entry form or without valid full amount insurance, the contestants will not be allowed to
participate the competition.
13.選手的服裝與護具裝備：
13.1 本次賽會將採用世盟認可之電子護具Deado(大道)。
13.2 選手需自備Deado(大道)之感應襪 (第三代感應襪,藍色標籤)、謢襠、謢手、手套、謢腳和牙套。
13.3選手須穿著世盟認可的跆拳道服。
13.4出場比賽之前，選手要穿著謢胸、頭盔、謢檔、謢手、手套、謢腳、牙套和電子襪。
13.5大會將提供謢胸和頭盔，選手必須穿符合尺寸之謢胸和頭盔。並於賽前進行檢查，所有護具穿著不合格的選手不允許出賽.
13.Contestant Uniform and competition equipment：
13.1 Deado electronic gear recognized by World Taekwondo Federation is the official electronic gear in the competition.
13.2 Contestants shall bring their own Deado sensing socks (the third generation with blue tags), groin guard, forearm guards, gloves,
shin guards and mouthpiece.
13.3 A contestant shall wear a WTF-approved uniform (Dobok).
13.4 A contestant shall wear trunk protector, head protector, groin guard, forearm guards, gloves, shin guards, mouthpiece and
sensing socks before entering the Field of play.
13.5 The Organizing Committee shall provide the head protector and trunk protector and the contestants shall wear the designated
trunk protector and head protector. Contestants with WTF-approved uniform and all protective equipments will be checked at
the inspection desk before entering the Field of Play. Anyone who fails those regulations will not be allowed to participate the
competition.
14.會議：
14.1裁判會議：訂於8月1日下午3:00時於臺北市立體育館3樓會議室。
14.2領隊會議：訂於8月1日下午5:00時於臺北市立體育館3樓會議室。（或另訂時間）
14.Meeting：
14.1 Referee Meeting：3:00pm August 1st, at 3rd Floor Meeting room of Taipei Gymnasium.
14.2 Head of Team Meeting：5:00pm, August 1, at 3rd Floor Meeting room of Taipei Gymnasium.（Any reschedule time will be
informed in advance）
15.過磅：
15.1 選手過磅將於訂於8月1日下午5:30時於臺北市立體育館1樓。
15.2 男選手應穿著底褲，女選手應穿著胸罩及底褲過磅。若選手選擇裸磅亦可。
15.3 過磅將進行一次，若選手在第一次正式過磅不合格，可在限時之內，再過磅一次。
15.Weigh-In:
15.1 Weigh-in for all contestants shall be taken place at 5:30pm, August1st, 2014 at 1st floor of Taipei Gymnasium.
15.2 During weigh-in, all male and female contestants shall wear underpants /brassiere. However, weigh-in may be conducted in the
nude if the contestant wishes to do so.
15.3 Weigh-in shall be made once, however, one more weigh-in is granted within the time limit to any contestant who did not qualify
the first time.
16.大會交通：
16.1 所有的參賽隊伍抵達桃園國際機場或台北松山機場，大會將提供巴士接送，從機場到飯店和比賽後離開飯店到機場皆由大會負責.
16.2 大會也提供交通來回，從飯店到比賽場地和其他大會所安排的行程。
16.Transportation：
16.1 The Organizing Committee will be responsible for the airport and the hotel shuttle back and forth on arrival and departure day.
16.2 The Organizing Committee will arrange transportation between hotel and the contest site during competition dates and all the
scheduled activities by Organizing Committee as well.
